I've been practicing Nutritional Therapy and Nutrition Response Testing out of my business, Wild Roots Holistic Health, since September of 2020. Since then, I've worked individually with 100+ clients on bettering their nutrition.
Out of all of the struggles I've witnessed, from both clients and peers, one has been consistently at the top of the list:
Not knowing what to eat.
It sounds pretty elementary, but let me be honest...just because I'm in the nutrition field doesn't mean healthy eating is always an easy feat for me either!
The world is full of contradicting nutrition advice, fancy diets, and this idea that 'healthy' is a complex, all-or-nothing commitment. It's hard enough for most of us to balance an already chaotic, busy life. Adding the task of navigating nutrition on top of that is daunting.
Life is unpredictable. Life is busy. Life is real.
And that is the exact inspiration for creating this course. My mission is to help busy people navigate the basics of nutrition with ease.
